The band’s song-list consists of Top 40, Pop, Rock, Classics, Funk and the occasional hint of Jazz and Blues. Punchline are able to adapt to almost any event, function or venue. Punchline pride themselves on paying attention to the finer details. The band dress to suit individual performances and can also perform within almost any case of noise restrictions.
Punchline ’s lead singer, Ness has a voice that is nothing less than spine tingling and also very powerful. Matty provides vocal support and is exhilarating on lead guitar. Aaron on bass along with Michael on the drums accomplish a deep groove and provide the band with a very strong rhythm section. Together Punchline are an impressive Cover Band and always have the crowd begging for more!

Most Punchline gigs are actually down the Gold Coast these days so if you're keen to catch us in Brisbane look out for all the Band dates at Mick Omalleys or Elephant & Wheelbarrow and Duo dates at The RE at Toowong.
The regular Gold Coast gigs are - Surfers Beergarden (our favorite), Jupiters Casino PA bar, Grand Hotel, Surfers Rowers, Parkwood Tavern & Broadbeach Tavern Liars Bar.
